�         Provide next-generation consulting and programming services to a software company that develops financial analysis/metrics applications for Fortune 500 companies.
�         Provide server co-location and application hosting for several clients.
�         Project Manager for a successful two-year project to develop a web-based student housing system for Harvard Real Estate services.

�         Developed Pocket Property, a Pocket PC based apartment management program used by over 100 customers in more than 10 countries.

4/99 -4/01, Chief Information Officer. Woburn, MA.  Led successful enterprise systems installation at a $150 million national environmental services provider.  Coordinated system support for 1100 desktop users in 70 branches. Built a new data center and IT department.

�         Joined the company in April 1999 when project invoicing and accounting was performed on non-Y2K compliant stand-alone systems in 10 regional data centers.  Financial accounting was executed on two different systems.  None of the various systems were integrated - manual data entry was duplicated up to three times.
�         Coordinated the rollout of Deltek Advantage, a Microsoft SQL 7 based client server project and financial accounting system with central databases at corporate headquarters and data entry performed at multiple regional centers connected via Frame Relay WAN and Internet based Virtual Private Network (VPN)
�         Built a data center that ultimately grew to over 20 servers, hired an IT staff, and coordinated the network upgrades at 10 regional data centers.
�         Developed and managed a $2,000,000+ annual IT budget.

7/98 - 3/99. Consultant Boston MA. Stabilized a failed WAN-based financial accounting system until replacement system could be implemented. Engagement extended to position as CIO.

�         Repaired a corrupted SQL Server database and implemented proper database administration procedures.
�         Developed Accounts Receivable procedures for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
�         Developed web-based data entry and reporting tools.
�         Consultant member of IS steering committee to select replacement system.

1/97 - 6/98.  Information Systems Manager, Milwaukee, WI   Managed IS department for nationally recognized systems integration company.
